End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT: This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and GamePicker AI ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to all terms of this agreement.
1. License Grant
Under this EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license subject to the following conditions:
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Install the App on your compatible devices
- Access the features provided by the App including AI recommendations, social features, friend system, and messaging
2. License Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited under this license:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Create derivative works from the App
- Rent, lend, or sublicense the App
- Attempt to bypass the App's security features
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Use the App with automated systems or bots
3. User-Generated Content - Zero Tolerance Policy
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT: GamePicker AI maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any violation will result in immediate action including content removal and account termination.
3.1 Prohibited Behavior
You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit any content that:
- Contains profanity, obscene language, or vulgar expressions in any language
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates other users
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, racism, or violence
- Contains sexual content, nudity, or sexually explicit material
- Violates the privacy or rights of others
- Contains spam, advertising, or unsolicited commercial content
- Impersonates other users, entities, or misrepresents your identity
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
3.2 Content Moderation Tools
The App provides the following safety features:
- Automated Content Filter: Multi-language profanity detection system that prevents inappropriate messages from being sent (supports English, Turkish, Russian, Azerbaijani)
- Report System: Ability to report inappropriate messages and abusive users directly within the App
- Block Feature: Ability to block abusive users, which automatically reports them to moderators and instantly removes all their content from your view
- Rapid Response: All reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating content/users are removed immediately
3.3 Enforcement Actions
Violations of content policies will result in:
- First Violation: Warning and temporary suspension (minor violations)
- Serious Violations: Immediate and permanent account termination
- Repeated Violations: Permanent ban from the platform
- Illegal Content: Report to appropriate law enforcement authorities
GamePicker AI reserves the right to remove any content and terminate any user account at its sole discretion without prior notice.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The App and all copies remain the property of GamePicker AI. The App is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (APIs, data providers). Use of these services is subject to their own terms:
- RAWG Video Games Database API
- CheapShark Deals API
- Groq AI Services
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NO WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GAMEPICKER AI, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption
- Damages arising from the use of third-party services
even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Your license automatically terminates if:
- You violate any term of this agreement
- You uninstall the App from your device
- GamePicker AI terminates the license
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
9. Updates
GamePicker AI may release App updates from time to time. These updates:
- May include bug fixes and performance improvements
- May add new features or modify existing features
- Will be subject to the terms of this EULA
10. Data Collection

11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements on this subject.
