By using the GamePicker AI application ("App"), you agree to the following terms. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

GamePicker AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered personalized game recommendations, social gaming features including friend system, private messaging, and Game Buddy lobbies. The app analyzes user preferences to make suitable game recommendations and provides price comparisons from various stores.

2. Terms of Use

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Avoid actions that could compromise the App's security
• Avoid behavior that negatively affects other users' experience
• Not harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content to other users
• Not reverse engineer the App or attempt to extract its source code

3. User-Generated Content and Community Guidelines

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: GamePicker AI has a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. By using our social features (Game Buddy lobbies, private messaging, friend system), you agree to the following:

3.1 Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Profanity, obscene language, or vulgar content in any language
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other users
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Sexual content, nudity, or sexually explicit material
• Spam, advertising, or commercial solicitation
• Impersonation of other users or entities
• Sharing of personal information without consent
• Any illegal content or content promoting illegal activities

3.2 Content Moderation

To maintain a safe community, we implement the following measures:

• Automated Filtering: Multi-language profanity filter (English, Turkish, Russian, Azerbaijani) that blocks inappropriate messages before they are sent
• User Reporting: All users can report inappropriate messages and abusive users
• User Blocking: Users can block abusive users, which automatically reports them and instantly removes their content from your feed
• 24-Hour Response: All reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and violating users will be removed from the platform

3.3 Consequences of Violations

Violations of these community guidelines will result in:

• Immediate Content Removal: Objectionable content will be removed immediately upon detection or report
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for first-time minor violations
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent removal from the platform for serious or repeated violations
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities

3.4 Your Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• All content you post or share through the App
• Reporting any inappropriate content or abusive behavior you encounter
• Using the blocking feature to protect yourself from abusive users
• Respecting other users and maintaining a positive community environment

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (design, code, graphics, logos) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify this content without permission.

5. Third-Party Content

The App retrieves game information and price data from third-party sources (RAWG, CheapShark, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of this content. We recommend checking official store pages before making purchase decisions.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not accept responsibility for:

• Game recommendations not meeting user expectations
• Price information being outdated or incorrect
• Purchases made on third-party stores
• App interruptions or technical issues
• Data loss or device issues

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamePicker AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate these terms.
